Before
logging in for the first time, turn off any anti-virus software. This is standard
procedure for installing new software on any computer. The conference browser plug-in
is guaranteed virus-free.

Please
log in at least 10 minutes before your first Conference Call to download and
install the browser plug-in. This process is fully automated and 100% safe.
Its
as easy as 1, 2, 3

Step 1 Disable
any virus protection you need to download and install a small browser plug-in
(the system does this automatically). You can enable protection after the call. The
plug-in is guaranteed virus-free. If you have a firewall running (default setting
in Windows XP and later) you need to configure the settings to allow voicechat.exe
to operate through the firewall.

Step 2 Click the button below to enter the Conference room. A dialogue box
will ask if you want to Open or Save the browser plug-in you need to
take part in the session. Choose OPEN. (It takes less than two minutes to
download and install automatically.)

Step 3 Enter your first and last names in the dialogue box that appears
once loaded.
Click OK and you're in! (Enter the password if required.)
If you encounter problems, see
below for troubleshooting tips.

Closed sessions are often held
in the Conference Room.
If you can't enter a room because it's password protected, it means a closed session
is in progress. You MUST know the password to enter. |
Troubleshooting
Tips

The technology involved in these live conference calls is very reliable, but
sometimes people have problems logging into the room, hearing sound, or staying connected.
Here's a short list of problems that sometimes occur and suggested action to take
to overcome them. For more detailed instructions, see the User Guide.

Important Please understand that if other people in the room are having
no difficulty hearing sound or staying connected, the problem is not with
the conference call technology. It's closer to home either with your computer or
your Internet connection.
